ATEX CYLINDERS

Your safety – our concern.

In order to increase operational safety in at-risk installations, we manufacture all hydraulic cylinders according to the ATEX directive (94/9/EU), which is valid EU-wide. With knowledge of every potential ignition and hazard source, we will catalogue and evaluate them, such that the corresponding suitable materials and components are used during the design of the hydraulic cylinders. All materials, components, and processes are recorded via continuous documentation in compliance with the ATEX directive and can always be traced.

The documentation included in the scope of delivery of our hydraulic cylinders provides a detailed list of, for example, all calculations, inspections, and measures, and contains an EC declaration of conformity and ATEX operating manual.

Furthermore, all documents belonging to the project are also sent to TÜV Süd or another independent authority for archival, where they can be disclosed and viewed where necessary. Naturally, we are also available to answer any other questions you may have.
