Our DYNATEC coatings provide you with solutions for all hydraulic cylinders and other components that are subject to high stresses. Particularly in the case of applications in potash and rock salt mining, in underground and surface mining, in quarries, in the metallurgical and steel industries, as well as in power plants, we recommend the use of DYNATEC due to its enormous resistance against mechanical and corrosive influences.

All DYNATEC coatings prevent lift-off or flaking due to their extremely high corrosion resistance. Another advantage is the excellent gliding and dry-running properties of the materials, such that cavitation and tendencies towards scuffing and adhesion can practically be ruled out. Hence, over the long term, the use of DYNATEC contributes greatly to cost reduction. In addition to significantly longer service lives, costs are reduced for machine and production downtimes as well as the stocking of replacement parts. With the aid of a modular system, we make possible solutions for a wide range of applications.
